My Why:

I started my career as an engineer, focused on building solutions. After business school, I became obsessed with understanding value delivery — not just how we solve problems, but why those problems matter. That obsession led me into product management, where I could connect technology directly to business impact. Today, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping product teams develop this same obsession — teaching them how to evaluate, prioritize and articulate value creation that solves user problems and drives expansion and retention at scale.
